They did reply eventually, but I literally had to wait a while before hearing back.

The driver did help me with my luggage, which I really needed!!! I had two big suitcases and a small bag, and he was polite enough... got them into the car without me having to ask twice, so I definitely appreciated that.

The only thing was, when we got to the hotel, he seemed kind of rushed?? So I ended up pulling one of the bags out myself. Not the end of the world, but for the price, I was expecting a little more care!!! Overall, it was okay... maybe around 3 stars.
